Initial Program Start – $299

Your first visit is a comprehensive medical onboarding designed to set you up for success. This one-time consultation includes:

  • In-depth medical intake and health review

  • Personalized weight-loss and wellness consultation

  • Nutritional guidance to support sustainable results

  • Medical evaluation to determine the right GLP-1 option for you

  • Your first GLP-1 injection included

This ensures your treatment plan is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your body and goals from day one.

Monthly Medication Pricing

All GLP-1 medications are administered weekly and include ongoing provider oversight.

  • Semaglutide – $70 per injection
    → $360 per month

  • Tirzepatide – $120 per injection
    → $480 per month

Your provider will recommend the most appropriate option based on your medical history, response to treatment, and weight-loss goals—ensuring you’re not overpaying for more medication than you need.

Optional Lab Work – $145

Baseline labs are available for patients who want a deeper look at metabolic and hormonal health. While labs are not required to begin the program, they can be helpful for optimizing long-term results and overall wellness.

 FAQs

  • Results are dependent on individuals, so come and find out what you can achieve. On semaglutide it is typically a steady 1-3 pound of weight loss a week.

  • With this treatment it can vary from patient to patient. You will start this treatment with low doses and increase slowly to avoid negative side effects. Some begin losing weight within their first week!

  • This treatment is a particularly good fit for you if you are looking for a long term solution.

    You can not be treated with semaglutide or Tirzepatide if you have:

    • Medullary thyroid cancer

    • Multiple endocrine neoplasia

    • Type 1 diabetics

    • Type 2 diabetics already taking a GLP-1 medication

    • History of pancreatitis

    • Chronic kidney disease (unless cleared by nephrologist)

    • Nursing, pregnant, or trying to get pregnant

    • Short moments of nausea,

    • Constipation or diarrhea

    • Fatigue

    • Takes away desire for alcohol

  • Yes, unlike vaccines or many other shots you may think of, this injection is done with a tiny needle that only goes under the skin, not into muscle. Patients often don’t realize we already gave the shot.

  • If you have had labs drawn within 90 days, we can use those for your consultation! We check you CMP, A1C, and CBC.

  • We do not accept insurance for any visit. We are able to send in a lab slip which can use your insurance. We do accept HSA and FSA plans for payment.
